Installation

To place an order, all you need to do is select the product you wish to purchase or hire and add it to your shopping cart. After that, you will be prompted to enter your personal details, such as your name, email address, and phone number. Once you have submitted your order, one of our friendly sales team members will reach out to you to confirm the details, get you set up on our system and provide you with any additional information you may need. They will also assist you in booking your order and answer any questions you have about the process. Rest assured that we are here to help you every step of the way.

Our stocked products usually take 2-5 working days to be delivered. However, the lead times may vary depending on the products ordered, scheduling, and number of delivery loads required. Once the order is ready for delivery, our transport team will notify you of the expected delivery day. Please note that deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

It is important to have a designated representative present on the premises to receive and sign for the order on the agreed delivery date. This will help to ensure that the delivery process goes smoothly and that the order is properly accounted for. Please make the necessary arrangements to have someone available to receive the delivery at the specified time.

As standard, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle. However, if you require an offloading service, please enquire with the sales office as we have many vehicles capable of offloading goods.
