The standard lead time for deliveries on many stocked products is between 2-5 working days dependent on scheduling and number of delivery loads required. Generally, you will be notified by our transport team of an expected delivery day. Deliveries may arrive between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times may vary dependent on the products ordered.

We cannot provide a specific timeslot, however, we will try to adhere to requests such as delivering goods either AM (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) or PM (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) and requests relating to sites that may open / close at irregular times.

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle as standard. However, we do have many vehicles capable of offloading goods, if you require an offloading service please enquire with the sales office.

Yes. Please ensure someone is on-site at the agreed date of delivery to receive and sign for the order.

Yes. On request, our depots can give you a courtesy call shortly before you can expect to receive your delivery.

To place an order, all you need to do is select the product you wish to purchase or hire and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, one of our friendly sales team members will reach out to you to confirm the details, get you set up on our system and provide you with any additional information you may need.
